1. Custom Orders

Mendy Beauty specialises in customised wigs and hair toppers. Products are made according to the specifications confirmed by the customer, including measurements, length, colour and construction.

Please check all order details carefully before confirming your purchase. Custom-made items are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to a change of mind or incorrect customer-provided specifications, except where required by applicable law or where a product is confirmed to be faulty.

2. Order Processing

Our standard processing time is 7–10 working days after order confirmation and receipt of payment. Orders may be dispatched earlier if ready.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We offer free worldwide shipping. International shipments sent via DHL or FedEx generally require an additional 3–5 days in transit. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if you believe your item has a manufacturing defect or has arrived damaged. Include clear photographs and your order details so we can assess the issue.

Any remedy will be handled in accordance with our policies and applicable consumer protection laws.

5. Payments

Orders are confirmed once the required payment has been received. Any agreed payment arrangement must be completed according to the terms confirmed with Mendy Beauty.

6. International Orders and Customs

International customers are responsible for checking their country’s import requirements. Customs duties, taxes and other import charges may apply and are the customer’s responsibility where legally applicable.
