REFUND POLICY

Please note that Mendy Beauty does not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind or if you feel that the colour does not suit you.

All sale/discounted items are considered final sales and will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.

Mendy Beauty does not suggest altering or colouring any units that have already been coloured.

Due to the nature of our products, refunds are prohibited and all sales are final.

FAULTY/DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

We make sure that all of our products are in good condition before shipping them to our customers but in the unlikely case that your order is faulty and/or has a defect, please be guided with the following instructions:

Exchanges are permitted provided that none of the following terms and conditions have been breached:

  • all orders must be returned in the original packaging
  • all returns/exchanges must be made within 48 hours after purchase
  • exchanges where the seal holding the hair extension in place has been removed will be refused

Customers will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs of their exchange. Therefore, we strongly advise sending parcels through a tracked courier service, since we will not be liable for any lost items.

The unit must be in original condition, unworn, uncut or unaltered in any way. We cannot accept returned units that have had the lace cut or been worn. Please be careful when trying on the unit and do not cut the lace. A photograph detailing that the unit is in original condition with the lace will be required before an exchange is permitted. Failure to comply with this will result in the unit being returned to you.

Returns/exchanges/refunds (only issued if a unit is faulty) will be issued via bank account. Please note that your financial institution may need up to 7 days to process the funds back to your account.
